We are doing so good with healthy eating. I am honestly say that I am A MILLION times proud of us. We went from NO sugar treats, to NO SUGAR at all (pretty much). Making EVERYTHING from scratch…EVERYTHING. It is a much better meal plan for all of us (and we are learning that it is not a sacrifice or a punishment because you can still eat a lot of really good stuff/snacks). I am one proud mama. (thanking God that Ron is patient and an amazing cook and thanking my Dad for all of his daily cooking for us too….bone broth, healthy snacks). Ron's mom even made us homemade LARA bars with dates. Cam loved them. Anyway, keep us in your prayers. I have been praying really hard for clarity these days. xoxo. JUNE will be 1 year off treatment. (and our next scans).
Camden continues to do well. He is getting so big…I can't believe that he is going to be 7 in May. My first baby…turning SEVEN soon! He is getting ready for little league and Ron is coaching his team, with some help. I can see a big difference in his endurance and strength, even from just over the last few months. He drinks Kumbucha daily and I tell him that it will make him run faster, but WOW….I think that it really does : )

I realize that it has been a while since my last update. Things are going well with Camden. We are trying real hard to build up his immune system and I have some good appointments coming up *nutrition, etc. I am hopeful that we can do everything in our power to keep "the beast" from ever coming back. Though, at times it feels difficult, I am trying to get answers to some of the basic labs and residual deficiencies. We will not be defeated. We continue to pray…...
Some of Camden's best buddies and Samantha joined us tonight for Cam's music concert! It was amazing to watch the hockey guys give Camden high fives after the concert...as Cam has been giving them high fives for the past 6 months! Cam did an AMAZING job tonight! Such a great ending to a long two days!
Body scan not read yet...no news today! I will update everyone tomorrow! Camden did awesome today. Easy blood work, easy IV, he did great in the CT scan. Please add a prayer for me: for clarity. I was a little angry at today's appointment (i have been angry for about 3 months now) and it is getting worse before it gets better. There is no smooth transition from catastrophe to normalcy and it is frustrating when people make it seem like it should be easy. We are ready for tomorrows appointment and we know that the results will be exactly what we have been praying for. Thank you everyone for your support! xo Attention Prayer Warriors:
