Update

11/6/2013

We made it to the oncology floor.  Camden has been stable; maintaining oxygen saturation at 100% on 2 liters.  Symptoms are not getting worse at this point.  We learned that children who require intubation and ICU are the ones who received all of the transfusion, returned home and then presented with difficulty breathing.  We are so fortunate we caught it early (he only received just over 1 ounce of blood).  Thank you to his nurse Melissa who is ALWAYS on top of things and so diligent!  I pray his body is fighting this and healing itself.  His heart rate is trending down as well, so he is not working as hard to breathe.  Thank you for your prayers... always..... xoxo

Another small miracle for Camden. THANK YOU GOD!!!! I am so happy that his condition has improved. I cant imagine the fear you must have felt while all this was going on. special thanks to Nurse Melissa for picking up on it so quickly so it didn't escalate. Talked to Mom a few times and she kept me filled in. I called everyone I know to pray and again our prayers are being answered. My love thoughts and prayers are with you all and I will keep praying for that full MIRACLE to heal Camden completely. Your strength amazes me jess and I am so proud of you.XXXOOO

    Mommy

She's going to keep everyone up to date about my progress.  Isn't she the best mommy ever?

Mommy thought long and hard about my new website.  She thought about protecting me and not putting my hospital pictures online.  But my mommy wants everyone to know that Neuroblastoma isn't just another illness, that it's scary and very serious.  My mommy wants to make sure that other kids don't go through this and that their parents know what to look for.  My cancer is very mean, and I'm scared, but I have my mommy - and daddy - to rub my belly and hold me tight.  I love them so much!
