AND: TODAY is Cam's clinic appointment for blood and urine. We also hope to receive confirmation that the small bump on his back continues to be non problematic. Please pray with us. Thank you.
Yesterday Ron and I had our first of three appointments with Camden's Neuropsychologist. She was so kind and supportive. Camden will have 2 follow up appointments where she will get to work with him to obtain a baseline of his cognitive ability. Ron and I see NO apparent deficits at this time but we feel that it is important to know his strengths and weaknesses and to be able to FULLY support him in any and every possible way. The doctor informed us that more than likely, we will not see much right now, but as he ages and LIFE becomes more COMPLICATED, this is when many children who have gone through treatment will start showing more difficulties *whether it is a processing, retaining, organizing, or multifactorial problem. We are on top of this and we will support Camden so that he will lead a healthy and successful life.
